Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
